About the unit

A small team that translates the Assembly's priorities into costed, community-informed plans.

It is mandated to

1. 1
   Prepare the Medium-Term Development Plan (MTDP), which guides the Assembly to achieve its vision and mission every four years. It contains programmes and projects for the communities the Assembly serves, reflecting their aspirations and felt needs with a correspondingly prioritised budget.
2. 2
   Prepare the Annual Action Plan for the Assembly, outlining activities, projects, and programmes tied to a costed budget submitted by the Assembly's departments, with input solicited from community members themselves.
