Business Operating Permit Procedures

The permit that authorises a business to legally operate within the Mpohor District.

How to apply

The process for acquiring a Business Operating Permit in the Mpohor District Assembly is as follows:

   Submit an application along with a completed business registration form.

   Your business registration and other relevant documents (licences) from state institutions are inspected.
3. c
   Depending on the nature of your business, a technical team assesses your operations.
4. d
   The technical team's recommendation is approved by the District Chief Executive or the District Coordinating Director.
5. e
   You make payment, and the permit is issued.
