Hon. Sophia Aubyn is the District Chief Executive (DCE) of the Mpohor District Assembly (MDA) and one of the few DCEs reappointed by the President of Ghana for a second term in office. She is a conscientious, versatile and goal-oriented leader who shares fully in the vision and mission of the Assembly.
