Environmental sanitation certification for hotels, guest houses, hostels, restaurants, and eating-houses.
Owners, managers, or operators of a hotel, motel, guest house, hostel, restaurant, or eating-house are required to obtain environmental sanitation certification from the Assembly confirming their facility or premises is suitable for its intended purpose, and to renew this certification annually.
Any individual or organisation wishing to operate a hotel, motel, guest house, hostel, restaurant, or eating-house within the district.
Step A
Purchase an application form from the Revenue Office at the main office.
Step B
Submit the completed application form to the District Environmental and Public Health Officer at the main office in Mpohor.
Registration
Must be registered with the Registrar General's Department and hold a Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate to Commence Business.
