On Wednesday 19th April ,2023, a team from Local Government Service visited Mpohor District to undertake Performance Contract Assessment. These assessments are done in all the districts in the country. Afterwards, there is the ranking of the districts from best performing to the least performing ones. The assessment covers all sectors or units and departments' daily activities. Thus, from finance, human resources, social services, internal audit, agriculture, national disaster management and organization, and many other areas. This assessment is for 2022 year. The team came to Mpohor District from Nzema East around 2:30pm. As usual, the Entry Conference was done, explaining the motive and what they expect from the staff. It took a marathon period about 5 hours for the assessment to come to an end.
