The prospective developer must have the following:
a) The person should register at the Registrar General Department Department at the regional (Wetrn regional Coordinating Council, Sekondi) or national level
b) The person should acquire the operating permit from the District Assembly (Mpohor District Assembly).
c) Finally, the person should register at the department of Social Welfare at the district level (Mpohor).
